We will reserve the vehicle of your choice for 48 hours, from the date your reservation payment fee is confirmed by email.

You must attend a test drive at the location of the vehicle as displayed on the website. The vehicle cannot be transferred between dealerships, when reserved online.

The cost of reserving a vehicle is a AUD$500.00 refundable fee.

The Alan Mance Motors Group do not view or store any credit/debit card information. Your card details are processed by Stripe.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using Stripe’s authenticated payment system for your security and peace of mind.

You can cancel the reservation fee at any time, and once processed, you will be refunded within 3-5 working days.

To cancel your reservation, simply contact the Dealership where the vehicle is located.

Yes, we will deduct your reservation fee from the deposit of your new car should you wish to proceed with the sale.
